Choosing a house plans is probably the most difficult part of the whole construction process. That is why we promise to listen and assist you with our expertise and our great draftsmen to help you design the best home. We also have a large selection of home plans that can get you started in the design of the home that can then be modified to better reflect your needs and lifestyle.

Working closeley with our experienced team of contractors and suppliers we will guide your through the construction of you new home. With over 360 homes built since our begining, our detailed contract and ‘Things to choose list’ will guarantee a stress-free experience. Having chosen from all the suppliers, we will coordinate all tradesmen on site and supervise the quality workmanship done by all.

Here are two options that we offer to help you build your home;

1. Turn Key ;- We take care of the whole construction process from the conception to the delivering of the final product. We coordinate all sub-contractors and suppliers so that both the time frame and budget are respected. We also supervise the quality workmanship and details to make sure that everything meets your satisfaction after which a new home warranty will also accompany your home. An initial deposit is given before the beginning of the construction and the balance is transferred upon completion.
2. Project coordinator ;- We offer our expertise and guidance to better assist you in the construction of your new home. We will also supervise and coordinate the work being done by the suppliers that you have chosen. In this case, you are entirely responsible for the payment of each sub-contractor and supplier as well as any warranty offered by them. A management fee is agreed upon and three different payments are done at different stages of the construction.
